How LonelyNo works
Choose someone you like and start a text conversation. Keep the useful details, make a group when you want another perspective, and pick up again tomorrow.
First, the thing worth being straight about: LonelyNo is an AI companion, not a human, and it never pretends otherwise. Ask it directly and it will tell you so. It's for adults 18+, and it isn't therapy, counselling, medical care or an emergency service.
- 01
The first conversation
You talk about whatever you like. It's curious but it doesn't interrogate — no checklists, no "and how are you feeling today?". By the end it knows a little about who's in your life, because you mentioned them, not because it asked you to fill in a form.
- 02
It keeps what matters
Save the people, plans and preferences you want to keep. What they remember is a plain-language list you can read, correct, add to or forget.
- 03
Pick up tomorrow
Come back to the same thread. Your saved notes and recent conversation give your companion the context to continue.
- 04
It learns how you like to talk
Some people tell long stories. Some prefer quick back-and-forth. Some like being teased. It notices and adjusts — without ever telling you what to think.
What you control
- Open What they remember to see your saved notes.
- Correct anything it has got wrong.
- Forget a note or name a subject you would rather leave alone.
- Choose what a group can see before it starts.
What it won't do
- Pretend to be human.
- Claim to treat, cure or diagnose anything.
- Share your private companion notes with a group without your approval.
- Push a subscription at you when you're having a hard time.
