Deb spends the evening inventing the perfect reply to a colleague's sharp comment. Her imaginary self has excellent lines and is apparently much taller. Rosie lets Deb tell the story first. The next day, Deb has a quieter, clearer conversation about how she would like urgent requests to be made.
The imagined comeback is funny, but the actual conversation is what changes this particular story. Rosie offers Deb a choice between talking about the evening and thinking about tomorrow. Deb chooses the words she wants to use with her colleague.
Rosie is a LonelyNo AI companion. Deb is a fictional guest. These scripted stories use AI-generated voices and artwork; they are not customer testimonials or recordings of live chats. For adults 18+.

Deb: I know people get stressed. But I spent the evening thinking of everything I should have said.
Rosie: Would you like to get it out first, or think about tomorrow?
Deb: Get it out. My imaginary version is excellent. Much taller than me, somehow.
Rosie: We'll give her a minute.
Deb: I wanted to say, I can help you. You don't have to speak to me like I'm in the way.
Deb: We talked. I said I'd help with urgent things, but I needed them to ask me properly.
Rosie: How did they respond?
Deb: They apologised. Properly. Said they'd been rushing, which wasn't my fault. We agreed how to flag things earlier.
Rosie: Did the imaginary tall version approve?
Deb: She's taking the credit. Typical.
